User roles

User roles

Four roles are defined in Embrayse. Where it makes sense, a user can have more than one role:

  1. HospitalityUsers with this role can view all information including menus, orders, prep reports, and resident details. They can also collect orders.

  2. ChefUsers with this role can view all information, collect orders, and additionally create/change dishes and menus.

  3. ClinicalUsers with this role can view all information, and create/change resident information. These users cannot change orders or menus.

  4. Content Manager: Users with this role are currently only responsible for uploading or removing TV posters which are displayed on TV menus intermittently.

  5. AdminUsers with this role can perform all of the functions above, and additionally change tenant-level settings such as user permission, integrations, time settings, etc.
  1. Viewer: Users with this role can view all information such as orders and resident dietary profiles, however they cannot modify any data. This role is ideal for users who need to review the data in Embrayse without the risk of inadvertently making changes.
